Most Na Hoku orders received by 10:00 AM HST Monday through Friday will be shipped by the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday (excluding some holidays). In the event that your order may be delayed, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you.
Na Hoku, Inc. requires a signature for all deliveries regardless of order value.
- Until further notice, all orders up to $1000 require a FedEx Direct Signature, specifically a FedEx Adult Signature will be required for all order values over $1000.
- If you wish for FedEx to collect specifically an Adult Signature upon delivery for an order under $1000, please contact CustomerService@NaHoku.com prior to your order's shipment.
- If you wish to waive the signature requirement for orders under $1000, please reply to your order confirmation, or email CustomerService@NaHoku.com referencing your order number, immediately after to placing your order (domestic shipments only).
A signature requirement cannot be changed once an order is in transit.
Please note that all address changes must be requested and approved by the shipper, Na Hoku, Inc. and that Na Hoku, Inc. reserves the right to decline an address change request after an order has been confirmed. Neither Na Hoku, Inc. nor the carrier is responsible for the security of orders delivered without a signature. Na Hoku, Inc. regrets that we cannot request specific delivery requests from FedEx or USPS.
To avoid delivery delay, please be sure that someone will be available at your shipping address to sign for your delivery. Shipments that are returned to Na Hoku, Inc. due to failed FedEx or USPS delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges.
USPS Priority Express (required for shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO delivery addresses)

FedEx delivery is Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays).
FedEx 2 Day service is scheduled to arrive two business days after shipping, with the exception of orders shipped to locations in Hawaii, which will arrive one business day after shipping.
FedEx Overnight service is scheduled to arrive one business day after shipping, to most locations.
USPS & shipping to P.O. Boxes
If the delivery address is outside of FedEx delivery area (P.O. Boxes, Post Office locations, APO/FPO etc.), USPS Priority Express Mail service must be selected. While USPS states that Priority Express Mail service will arrive two days after shipping, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location, increased mail volume, and possible inclement weather conditions in some parts of the U.S. If you select FedEx to a P.O. Box shipping address, you will be contacted to provide a valid street address and your order will be placed on hold pending reply.
Shipping to all U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa, is $50.00. Orders to U.S. Territories are shipped via FedEx and will take 2–5 working days for delivery.
Shipping to APO/FPO
USPS is required for shipping to APO/FPO delivery addresses.
Na Hoku, Inc. provides Free Shipping (via USPS) on orders of $200.00 or more to APO and FPO addresses as our way of saying Mahalo Nui Loa (Thank you very much) to members of our U.S. Military.
Orders take approximately 2-3 business days for processing before shipping. Delivery will vary to APO/FPO addresses, depending on the shipping location, increased mail volume, and possible inclement weather conditions.
Shipping to a Canadian shipping address is $50.00. Orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx and will take 2–5 working days for delivery. Signature is required for all international shipments. Your order will be placed on hold should you waive the signature requirement during checkout.
If you would like to ship your order to an address outside of the United States or Canada, we will do our best to accommodate you.
For online and telephone orders, we are not able to accept credit card payments with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States or Canada. In these instances, we require payments to be made via bank wire transfer.
Please send an email to CustomerService@NaHoku.com indicating the item(s) that you desire to purchase, your shipping address, and your email address and telephone number. A member of Na Hoku Customer Service will promptly contact you with wire transfer instructions.
Waive Signature Requirement for Delivery
Due to the high-value nature of jewelry, it is our policy to require a signature upon delivery of all orders. If you wish to waive this requirement, you must agree to take full responsibility for the order being left on your doorstep by FedEx or USPS without securing your signature as proof of delivery. Neither Na Hoku, Inc. nor the delivery service will be responsible for the security of orders delivered in this manner.
Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes that may occur are the responsibility of the purchaser. Na Hoku cannot estimate the amount of duties/taxes that may apply to your purchase. By placing your order, you are acknowledging that all duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.
