Shipping & Handling Policy
All purchases are shipped fully insured. Any additional duties and taxes on international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

**FedEx 2Day service will arrive two business days after shipping with the exception of orders shipped to locations in Hawaii which will arrive one business day after shipping.
***FedEx Overnight service will arrive one business day after shipping to most locations.
If the delivery address is outside of Federal Express delivery area (P.O. Box, APO/FPO etc.), USPS Express Mail service will be used. USPS states that Express Mail service will arrive two days after shipping, however; this may not apply to APO/FPO addresses depending on location.
To avoid delivery delay, please be sure that someone will be available at your Ship-To address to sign for your delivery.
Shipping Outside of the United States:If your Ship-To address is outside of the United States we will do our best to accommodate you. Please send an e-mail to CustomerService@NaHoku.com for assistance. All duties and other taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
