Repairs
If you would like to send your jewelry to us for repair or refurbishment please be sure that it is packaged securely with instructions containing the following information:
- Your name
- Ship-To address
- Telephone number(s)
- e-mail address (* Please be sure to provide your e-mail address to enable us to contact you.)
- A copy of the receipt or receipt information (required for warranty repairs)
- A description of the repair/refurbishment needed
To avoid delay, please be sure that someone will be available at your Ship-To address to sign for your delivery when we return your jewelry to you.
