Full refunds or exchanges will be made to any customer who presents the merchandise within 21 days of purchase in its original condition with the original sales receipt*, boxes and warranties.
Refunds on cash and check purchases are mailed to the customer from Honolulu within 2-3 weeks. Refunds on credit card purchases will be made to the credit card account used for the purchase.
All sales are final on special ordered, personalized and engraved merchandise and on jewelry that has been sized or altered in length.
*For website and telephone orders, the Packing Slip or a copy of the E-mail Order Confirmation can be used in place of the sales receipt.
