I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you. I made a purchase at the Na Hoku store in Denver, Colorado today. I have shopped in this store many times and continue to be impressed with the truly unique selection of items, and most of all the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. In the Cherry Creek Mall there are several jewelry stores but I only shop at Na Hoku because of the wonderful service I receive each and every time. Other stores don't compare when it comes to the warm welcome and friendly service.

I just wanted to let you know that I was just at your King Of Prussia location today and had an excellent experience.  The (store) manager, Jo helped me pick out a ring and she was perfect.  She educated me on the rings and your company without being pushy or trying to upsell me which I really appreciated.  I am in retail myself and I was really amazed by the attentionI was given.  I went to every jewelry store in both King of Prussia malls today and nothing compared with the style, price, and customer service.  The style of the jewelry was excellent and I am sure I will be back again for more.

I absolutely love the Na Hoku jewelry.  I have the Hawaiian Quilt and the Hawaiian Sea Life bracelets, the Hawaiian Quilt ring, 2 other rings that I forgot the name of, and the sterling silver spiral earrings inlaid with Koa wood.  I wear my rings and bracelets everyday.

I went to a jewelry store last week to pick up a repair and even the jeweler wanted a closer look. She polished everything for me so they look brand new again. I get so many compliments on my rings and bracelets and I tell everyone about your company.

I was in San Francisco with my husband last month on vacation. We bought a beautiful gold ring with a whale tail in the Na Hoku store on Pier 39. The manager (a young girl) and the salesman (a nice young guy) were very helpful and professional because they arranged (for the sizing) of the ring in less than a day (we were leaving on Tuesday morning for Yosemite). I wanted to let you know how pleased and impressed I am with the customer service I received from beginning to end regarding the matter of getting my ring fixed. Wow - - what a great experience and I won't hesitate to tell others how well I was treated! Everything was flawless and went exactly as you and I planned :-). When my husband and I walked into Na Hoku at the Hilton Waikoloa the one person knew exactly who I was and was 100% prepared to assist me! Once on Maui I received a phone call saying that my ring was at the Whaler's Village store and ready for pick up. When we went there the person who assisted me was so friendly and helpful as well.

Now I have my beautiful ring back and am enjoying it once again. This experience elevated my impression and confidence in Na Hoku as a company, which resulted in my purchase of the earrings and maille ring in your new koa collection. I love that collection! Kudos to whoever thought of that and the designers. The price-point is excellent and the item is unique.

All-in-all, I went to each Na Hoku store on the Big Island on this trip and I went in several of your Maui stores. In each store I was warmly welcomed by well-trained sales associates (several of whom noted I was wearing the white gold palm tree pendant with diamonds that my husband gave me about 5 years ago).

I just wanted to take a minute to extend a huge "Mahalo!" to Sue at the Na Hoku store at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. My husband and I were on our dream vacation in Hawaii last week, and I had seen a particular piece of jewelry (the double Honu bracelet) on the website that I wanted to try on before I purchased it. The store at the Hilton Hawaiian Village did not have the particular piece in stock, but Sue went above and beyond as she found out that one of the other stores had this piece and she went and picked it up for me to see. As it turns out, the piece that I had wanted fit and I purchased it on the spot. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you had in Sue at the Hilton Hawaiian Village store. Thank you for having great employees and for having wonderful products. I wanted to share with you the great service I had while shopping in your store in Maui the weekend of 3/29/10 with Jen. I arrived Friday evening from LA,CA alone while awaiting the arrival of my friend the next day. I came into the store and Jen greeted me and was happy to assist me as I was browsing. The next day my friend and I window shopped and stopped in and Jen was there yet again eager to assist. After church at Lelaini's I was anxious to take my friend yet again to Na Hoku since Jen had picked up a plumeria pendant so I could decide upon the pendant or the ring. As Jen had promised, she had both items for me to select from. I purchased the ring and was so delighted!! Jen took extra time and care to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Yesterday I even recieved a follow-up letter from Jen thanking me for coming in and allowing her to assist me. What a great experience and memory this had been for me. I think my friend, Gary from Juneau, Alaska enjoyed this as much as I did as we celebrated my new job in computer health information technology certification.
