I want you to know that I am very pleased with the quality of service your company provided.
On December 12th I phoned your company in search of a pendant. The pendant I was looking for was a Chocolate (Tahitian) pearl wrap with diamond in Rose Gold. I found out that the pendant that I was looking for came in White or Yellow Gold not Rose Gold. The woman on the phone told me that you would be willing to make that piece as a special order but would not be able to guarantee that it would be done in time for Christmas. She said that Na Hoku would do their best to get it to me in time.
I must say that I was impressed to see that 11 days later I had it in my possession and in time for Christmas. The pendant is absolutely gorgeous and better than I could have ever imagine. I would like you to please thank everyone involved with my order. It made mine and my wife's Christmas.

I was aware when I placed the order that it more than likely would not arrive in time. Much to my surprise it came to the house by FedEx on Tuesday. I realized from the shipping label that the piece had come from (your Orlando store).
I can't tell you how impressed I was by the efforts undertaken by your company to get the present to me in time for Christmas. You certainly weren't obligated to do so, but knew the importance of having it by Christmas.
I have ordered a unique piece of jewelry for my wife nearly every year from your company and have always been impressed with your customer service.

I would like to let you know that I have had one of the most pleasant interactions at one of your stores not too long ago.
I purchased a ring from the Orlando Mall at Millenia store and needed to have it resized.
The lady who took care of me both times was the nicest sales representative I have ever encountered. Regardless of how busy the place was, she had the utmost patience and respect for all of my requests.
When I asked for the name of her manager so that I could compliment her, she responded that she was the manager herself. I believe her name was Cathy. If at all possible, I hope you that you will acknowledge her excellence as I have done.
