**FedEx Priority service will arrive one business day after shipping to addresses in AK, AZ,CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, WA, and UT; two business days to all other states.
If the delivery address is outside of Federal Express delivery area (P.O. Box, etc.),USPS Express Mail service will be used. USPS Express Mail service will arrive two days after shipping.
To avoid delivery delay, please be sure that someone will be available at your Ship-To address to sign for your delivery.
We do our best to ensure that most orders (delivered by FedEx 2Day service) are received by our customers within three to four business days from the time the order is placed with us.

On request, full refunds or exchanges will be made on any merchandise returned within 21 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be in its original condition with original boxes and warranties and accompanied by the sales receipt. All sales are final on special ordered, personalized, and/or engraved merchandise.
